Aegis4training, as part of the Aegis Compliance group, recognise the importance of your privacy and this page describes how we promise to care for your personal information gathered when you use our site.

The General Data Protection law states we may use personal data only if we have a valid reason to do so, specifying we require one or more of these reasons:

  • To fulfil a contract we have with you
  • When it’s our legal duty
  • When it’s in our legitimate interest

What Information Do We Collect?


If you make an enquiry we will collect your first and last names together with your email address. This is used solely to respond to any question you include in your request.

When you purchase a course, in addition to your name and email you may optionally provide your telephone number. These will be used for communicating with you in regard to the courses your undertake.

When you purchase a course we record payment transaction details.

If you choose not to provide your personal details, we will not be able to provide access to our courses.


We maintain details of any course you take, along with the dates and results of your progress, to ensure we can deliver our service you you.

Data Sharing

We do not routinely share data with anyone, but may share your personal data with these organisations:

  • Regulators and other competent authorities
  • Fraud prevention agencies
  • Companies you ask us to share your data with
